This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All email metadata of Tom Vilsack, Secretary of Agriculture, between November 1, 2014 and the date this request is processed. Specifically, I am seeking the "To," "From," and "Date" fields. I am not seeking the "Subject" field at this time.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

The program office is conducting a search for records responsive to your request. Once all responsive records have been identified, I will be in a better position to provide you with a status (i.e. how long it is likely to take for me to process the records, apply redaction, etc.) or date of interim response and/or completion.

At this time, we are currently waiting for a response from the program office that is likely to maintain responsive records, should they exist. Once a response is received, your request will be processed in the order it was received, based on the track that it was assigned (either simple or complex).
