This request does not require the creation of new records, as the records responsive to this request are created alongside the emails themselves and can be acquired through standard tools available on Windows. These tools include powershell, Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, and many other ediscovery tools.

The statute allows 90 days for appeals, despite the response suggesting that an appeal may happen only 20 days after the rejection.
