Electronic Harassment Technology & Organized Stalking Request (National Security Agency)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I hereby request copies of the following records for the years 2008-2020 [or all records containing the following information]:

Evidence of any city, county, state or federal programs or contractors of any of these agencies listed operating in the City of Mexico, Missouri, Audrain County, and the State of Missouri including, but not limited to;

Grants or Source of Funding for Surveillance Programs, watch programs, Body Area Network programs, medical devices programs or any other tracking programs relating to watching people, individuals or companies, via electronics, microwave devices, sonic devices, in person by persons, or any other means, operating in the Mexico, whether neighborhood watch, CAPS, COPS, federal, state, county or otherwise, through corporate, individual or other sources;

HARDWARE/SOFTWARE. Installations of operational/controlling equipment which operates or controls Installations of or on towers of dishes, transmitters, transponders, in public places or private residences, or handheld transmitters, transponders or devices or any kind transmitting radio or microwave or sonic frequencies, relaying devices or any devices whatsoever, whether installed in city infrastructure, commercial places of business, mobile, in police cars, fire department vehicles, ambulance or any other city vehicle or place of operation or handheld used by city employees, volunteers or others being used in surveillance or used in transmission of frequencies (whether light spectrum or sonic (whether infra or ultra) for any purpose, including the operation of the Body Area Network by city employees, contractors, volunteers, or any person whatsoever for the purpose of tracking or surveillance or interference with any person or business or communication of any kind whatsoever;

Plans, maps, contracts, licenses given to any business or contractors in the City of Mexico to install any installation or device in 3 above, for the purposes of tracking or surveilling, covertly or overtly, legal or illegal, whether between the City, county, state or federal agencies.

If any records or information in any form is withheld, please comply with the legal request as to which ones are being withheld or redacted and why they are being withheld or redacted in part or in full.

In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am:
-a representative of the news media affiliated with the Citizens Against Harmful Technology newspaper/magazine/ television station/Web site/etc., and this request is made as part of news gathering activity and not for commercial use.
-affiliated with an educational or noncommercial scientific institution, and this request is made for a scholarly or scientific purpose and not for commercial use.
I request a waiver of all fees for this request. Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government and is not primarily in my commercial interest. Therefore, I request waiving any payment of fess in regard to copies of any information requested for copying.
