The handbooks or manuals that identify how the EOIR Courts & Appeals System (ECAS) initiative and database work from January 1, 2017 to the present date.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Matthew, this is currently #72 of 115 complex requests. All things being equal, we try to answer complex requests in the order in which they are received.

Right now we are getting close to finishing several heavy-lift requests, including 2019-14500 (BIA training videos) and 2019-14496 (BIA decision bank decisions).
