This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Need a national list of all EB 5 funded projects for 2015 and 2016 including the names of the projects, the name of the developers, number of construction jobs created, locations, name of regional centers, and contractor company names that are involved in these projects
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

In order to obtain your records, please submit a proper FOIA request. You may find the form on the following link: http://www.uscis.gov/g-639 Should you choose not to use the form G-639, you will still need to provide certain information that is listed on the form. Regardless of how you choose to do your request, you will need to provide a notarized signature or sign under penalty of perjury. Dear FOIA Officer:
Pursuant to the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I request access to and copies of a national list of all EB5 funded projects for 2015 and 2016, including the names of the projects, their locations, the names of the projects' developers, the number of construction jobs created for each project,, names of the regional centers with jurisdiction for each project, and the contractor company names that are involved in these projects.
I would like to receive the information in electronic format.
I agree to pay reasonable duplication fees for the processing of this request in an amount not to exceed $100. However, please notify me prior to your incurring any expenses in excess of that amount.
If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I, of course, reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to deny a waiver of fees.
I look forward to your reply within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
