A Pharmacist named Earnest Lee Ferguson Jr was arrested in his pharmacy located in Buffalo Texas approximately 2002 to 2005. It has been over 10 years since the arrest and I would respectively request all public records available for the incident to include.
1. Pre arrest information to include any investigative reports
2. Federal Indictment information
3. Arrest report associated with case
4. Any other related information to Earnest Lee Ferguson

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
