I request a rolling release. Your letter specified that the other records were already processed, and I requested those months ago. As they were already processed, there is no need to do additional searching before providing them. As such, there is nothing stopping you from releasing the processed records immediately - I as explicitly requested last year. https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/e-howard-hunt-federal-bureau-of-investigation-22741/#comm-211620

I am appealing the Bureau's decision to not provide the previously processed records not available on the Vault, which I have repeatedly requested a year ago, or to properly and fully respond to my repeated attempts to follow-up with them. For an accurate copy of all communications sent and received, please see: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/e-howard-hunt-federal-bureau-of-investigation-22741/
From: OIP-NoReply@usdoj.gov
12/20/2016 04:08 PM FOIA Request: DOJ-AP-2017-001330
From: OIP-NoReply@usdoj.gov
DOJ-AP-2017-001330 has been processed with the following final disposition: Closed for other reasons -- Other -- Moot.
From: Michael Best
I am reappealing this matter. THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE APPEAL. The Bureau provided only preprocessed records (which have not actually been received, despite having been supposedly sent almost a month ago), despite my repeatedly making it clear that I wanted ALL RESPONSIVE RECORDS. i.e. "I am confirming that I would like all the records that are responsive to my request re: Everette Howard Hunt, Jr. (FOIAPA Request No.: 1340937-000) but not currently available in the FBI's FOIA Library ("The Vault ")." I informed the Bureau of this immediately, per their letter, but they failed to respond and instead ignored the request.
From: OIP-NoReply
Please do not reply to this e-mail, as this account is not monitored. Thank you.
From: Federal Bureau of Investigation
A letter stating the requester must agree to or prepay assessed or estimated fees in order for the agency to continue processing the request.
From: Michael Best
I request a fee waiver for this as it will demonstrate the Bureau's process for investigating former CIA employees who are accused of felonies and interfering with the Presidential Election. This is especially of public interest due to Russian hacking in the election and the FBI's investigation into it. The public's interest in the latter is widely demonstrated and the Bureau has no claim that it does not exist, while the former is demonstrated by the Bureau's posting of some of Howard Hunt's file on their website and acknowledging that he is "most known for his role in engineering the 1972 Watergate break-ins" despite the files they uploaded not including that. As such, the Bureau has acknowledged the public's interest. By making the files publicly available and analyzing them using my well established editorial skills, the public will greatly benefit from this release.
