This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Documents related to the FLETC webinar, "The Law on the Use of Drones in the United States," held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 per announcement in the July 2013 Informer (http://www.fletc.gov/training/programs/legal-division/the-informer/informer-editions-2013/7Informer13.pdf). Please include:
-A list of all participants and participating agencies
-All slides and/or presentation material, including presenters' outlines and notes
-Any materials distributed as part of the webinar
-Recordings of the webinar, both audio and video
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I have received the disc you sent with responsive documents. Thank you for sending. A couple of clarifications:
While you've provided what seem to be the speaker's presentation notes, you have not provided the actual slide presentation itself. Please send these in their native (.ppt or .pptx, I would assume, or similar presentation) format?
With regard to audio/video, my request covered both audio/video materials provided/played during the webinar as well as audio/video recorded of the webinar itself. With regard to audio/video as part of the webinar, the notes you've sent indicate (p. 43 of PDF, handwritten p. 42 of notes) that at least one video was played: "Domicopter Video" was either mentioned, played as an embedded object within the slides or played in some other fashion. Please provide this video.
With regard to an audio/video recording of the webinar, two of the participants requests this very material in the chat transcript (PDF p. 88) request an audio recording. If recordings were made of the webinar, please send these, as well.
Finally, with regard to a list of participants, the email of chat transcript as well as possibility for participants to download a certificate of attendance both indicate that FLETC has a record of which individuals (and feasibly agencies) participated in this webinar. Whether a registration roster or other means, I reiterate my request that you provide the most comprehensive account within FLETC's possession of agencies/individuals that participated.
