Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I’m requesting information regarding the use of drone surveillance in Chesapeake VA. I’m requesting what rights to privacy can one assume as a private citizen if any programs do exists. If drones are being used by any law enforcement agencies I am also requesting the grounds to what the purpose of their use currently is and if any experimental use of surveillance being used on the general public.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This is in response to your 25 March 2019, Freedom of Information Act
request for records relating to “the use of drone surveillance in Chesapeake
VA. I’m requesting what rights to privacy can one assume as a private
citizen if any programs do exists. If drones are being used by any law

We consulted with AF/A3 for a search for responsive records . A search was
conducted, but none was found. Therefore, a "no records" determination is
made.

Should you decide to appeal this response, you must write to the Secretary
of the Air Force, Thru: SAF/AAII (FOIA), 1000 Air Force Pentagon, Washington
DC 20330¬1000, within 90 calendar days from the date of this letter. Include
in the appeal, your reasons for reconsideration, and attach a copy of this
letter.
