This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All videos and materials provided to and shown to attendees of the 2/3/2011 Train the Trainer Conference for MARFORs and MSCs concerning the Don't Ask Don't Tell Repeal Implementation hosted by the Military Policy Branch.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This finalizes our response to your July 31, 2012, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, by which you seek videos/materials reference the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" repeal implementation. This Headquarters received your request on August 1, 2012, and has controlled under the subject file number above.
Please be advised that the Department of the Navy/U.S. Marine Corps records management is not centralized but is, delegated instead to those officials that generate and/or maintain records. In this instance, the records you seek, if any, would fall under the cognizance of the Commanding General, Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC). Accordingly, in an effort to assist you, we have transferred your request to the Commanding General MCCDC, Attn FOIA Officer B013, 3250 Catlin Avenue, MCB Quantico VA 22134-5001, for action and direct response to you.
