I am seeking a detailed record of Officer Donald W Richardson service record from 1934 – 1960 his Military records. CIC, CID rapport made in Czechoslovakia, Poland, Germany and Austria on and around May 9 1945. His involvement with SS general Hans Kammler, in the years after WW2. Information on special access programs he was involved in during and after the war, special research, weapons, witness protection, POW service, interrogations conducted of German POWs, Operation Paper Clip, Special briefs he may have made to the US presidents. And his post war posts and assignments.

Good morning
In regards to your communication, does this mean that the records / files I requested, does exist but you no longer have them? or are you saying that you just don't have any records to this effect?
I know others have received through FOIA requests some of the CIC documents pertaining to Hans Kammler and his first interrogation by the CIC on May 9th 1945.
These have been released and I would expect you to at least have those?
I will file a few more requests and contact the FBI and CIA.
Can you maybe tell me where does the interrogation files from the CIC and DUSTBIN go after the war, what archive would have received these and where would they end up stored?

To get the military personnel records of Donald W. Richardson you must contact the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC).

1945, his involvement with SS General Hans Kammler, and information on special access programs
