Donald Trump’s Defamation Lawsuit

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All emails sent to and from Attorney General Garland that includes, but is not limited to the following words: “defamation”, “Trump”, “E. Jean Carroll”, and “rape allegation” (Date of search: January 20, 2021 to current date)
2. All communications (electronic and physical) from The White House ( including the eop.gov email domain) that includes, but is not limited to the following words: “defamation”, “Trump”, “E. Jean Carroll”, and “rape allegation” (Date of search: January 20, 2021 to current date)
3. All memos that were prepared that includes, but is not limited to the following words: “defamation”, “Trump”, “E. Jean Carroll”, and “rape allegation” (Date of search: January 20, 2021 to current date)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
