Donald Eric Capps (FBI)

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All records on, about, mentioning, or concerning Donald Eric Capps (January 30, 1939 – August 26, 2015). Capps was an accomplished professor and author and a public figure. His death was publicized and is well known. Because his death is common knowledge, proof of death is not required.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
