This is a request for a mandatory declassification review (MDR) under the terms of Executive Order 13526. I request the following documents:

1) The “scene setter” cable sent by the US Embassy in Santo Domingo to Deputy Secretary of State Robert Zoellick in preparation for his June 4-5, 2006 visit to the Dominican Republic to attend the OAS General Assembly.
2) The “scene setter” cable sent by the US Embassy in Santo Domingo to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in preparation for her April 16-17, 2009 visit to the Dominican Republic.
3) The “scene setter” cable sent by the US Embassy in Santo Domingo to Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Craig Kelly in preparation for his December 2009 visit to the Dominican Republic.
4) The “scene setter” cable sent by the US Embassy in Santo Domingo to the White House/NSC in preparation for Dominican President Leonel Fernandez’s October 25, 2006 meeting with President Bush.
5) The “scene setter” cable by the US Embassy in Santo Domingo to the White House/NSC in preparation for Dominican President Leonel Fernandez’s September 24, 2008 meeting with President Bush.

I am willing to pay all fees associated with this request up to $25. I ask that the State Department contact me in advance if fees will exceed this amount.
