This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all logs of investigations conducted by the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division during the period from January 1, 2010 through August 31, 2017. Please include all available segregable data points, including:

• the case or tracking number associated with the investigation
• the nature of the initial complaint
• the entities involved as the subject(s) of the investigation
• the status of the investigation (i.e. "pending," "open," "closed," etc.)
• any prescribed consequences as a result of the investigation

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
