Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Any and all written and electronic materials and communications, including but not limited to e-mails, letters, memos, talking points, and other correspondence and directives, made, sent or received by any and all Department of Labor Office of the Secretary employees, agents, and/or representatives, mentioning and/or regarding Zuffa, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (a.k.a. UFC), Dana White, Leslie Smith, and/or Lucas Middlebrook.

I am seeking documents made between April 1, 2018 and the date this request is filled.

Please contact me with any questions you might have about the intended scope of this request.

If you require additional time to fulfill this request, I would ask that it be filled in parts if possible.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
