DOJ OPR Findings

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

For the Department of Justice, Office of Professional Responsibility, please produce any records of findings of employee misconduct that fell within the purview of the Department of Justice, Office of Professional Responsibility within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the year 2015, 2016. This information has significant public interest to educate the public and elevate integrity in relation to the understanding of ethics in Government service and what the types of disciplinary actions taken and the corrective actions applied.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
