To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
The video announced by DOJ OIP in March 2015 via an announcement posted to the DOJ OIP blog (see http://www.justice.gov/oip/blog/new-suite-foia-training-resources-all-federal-employees): "A brief video from the Director of OIP aimed at senior government executives, providing a general overview of the FOIA and emphasizing the importance of their support to their agency’s FOIA program"
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
I furthermore request a fee waiver and media requester status on the basis of my work as a journalist who has covered FOIA, transparency and the Department of Justice extensively. Here is a selection of articles I have published on MuckRock as well as in national media outlets:
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
