This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All reports of crime filed within the State of Massachusetts for the year 2015, in the Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Just to confirm, this response indicates that pursuant to the Inspector General Code of Conduct , the Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General has no records of any crime reports being filed to its offices that have occurred within the State of Massachusetts in the years 2015, 2016. That includes no records of crime filed via the online portal at https://oig.justice.gov/hotline/index.htm, no email reports of crime, no fax reports of crime, and no reports releasable pursuant to the Inspector Generals Code of Conduct/Act on the basis of reports and or investigative findings being available due to public records?
