RE: Freedom of Information Act Request (FOIA)

Dear Chief Hermilla:

This is a Freedom of Information Act Request (FOIA) for a DOJ letter of December 2014.

The Daily Business Review reported the U.S. Department of Justice is investigating the mental health screening imposed by the Florida Supreme Court on bar applicants. In a December letter, the DOJ notified Chief Justice Jorge Labarga of the probe and asked for information about the mental-health questions posed to applicants, conditional admission procedures and whether hearings were held concerning those for whom medical records are requested

On February 9, 2016, the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division wrote, "The Civil Rights Division currently has approximately 177 pending FOIA requests. We received approximately 112 FOIA requests seeking access prior to your request that are currently pending."

On March 2, 2016, the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division wrote, "The Civil Rights Division currently has approximately 183 pending FOIA requests. We received approximately 109 FOIA requests seeking access prior to your request that are currently pending."

So apparently the arithmetic skills at the the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division stink as bad as its civil rights efforts. I take that to mean the Department of Justice controls MuckRock, however defined, see https://www.muckrock.com/foi/united-states-of-america-10/is-muckrock-controlled-by-the-us-government-23614/ and that the Department of Justice et al is the leading cause of global injustice, and therefore the root cause of terrorism.
