This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This FOIA request is for any DOJ documents that pertain to the entity known as Pinnacle Towers Inc. and any events leading up to the Pinnacle Holdings Inc.(NASDAQ symbol BIGT) $325 million IPO and then the following bankruptcy of Pinnacle Towers and/or the Pinnacle Tower Inc. payment made directly to a Mark Cary Sapperstein for approx. $8 million dollars in 1997.

Attached is copy of 1997 document of Pinnacle Tower payment made directly to Mark Cary Sapperstein for $8,341,300.00, this was during the later stages of Mark's dad, Gilbert Sapperstein stealing the approx. $3.5 million from the Baltimore School Board over an approx. 10 year period of time, early 1990's to about 2003.

Early 1998 Mark Cary Sapperstein filed an affidavit (as a defendant)in the Southern District of Florida in a federal civil RICO case claiming allegedly he had never entered into any contracts in the State of Florida.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
