DOJ Antitrust - Makan Delrahim

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

- All correspondence to or from Makan Delrahim to or from employees of the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division. This includes -- but is not necessarily limited to -- emails to or from "mdelrahim@bhfs.com." I hereby request such correspondence from 7/1/15 to 12/31/16.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. Newsweek/IBT is an award-winning journalism outlet and releasing these documents is in the public interest, as it will shed light on major public policy issues relating to antitrust enforcement and healthcare.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
