This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All emails to or from Employees of the Justice Department's Antitrust Division regarding a Freedom of Information Act request sent on 3/28/17 to the Antitrust Division from International Business Times. That request was given the control number ATFY17-068. It requested emails to or from Makan Delrahim. I request all Antitrust Division emails about this request. If it is your position that such responsive emails are exempt from being released, I hereby request a privilege log and/or Vaughn Index of the emails that are responsive to this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
