Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any written or electronic communications, including email attachments, sent or received by David Bernhardt, Todd Willens, Daniel Jorjani, Katharine MacGregor and/or David Vela that contain one or more of the following words or phrases: "Tohono", "O'odham", "Organ Pipe", "border wall", "burial", and/or "Verlon José". This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2020. This request does not seek aggregated generic news clips.
I am a reporter for The Guardian and The Nation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
