DOD IG whistleblower reprisal complaints

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All whistleblower reprisal complaints submitted to the Department of Defense, Office of the Inspector General, either by mail, fax, phone, or electronically (http://www.dodig.mil/hotline/reprisalcomplaint.html):

"a. There are multiple avenues for filing a complaint with DoD Hotline. The most efficient and secure method is to use the online
complaint form on the DoD Hotline website at www.dodig/Hotline/reprisalcomplaints.html. Alternatively, you may send the
information requested in Section 2, "Complaint Information," to: Defense Hotline, The Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301-1900; or
fax to: 703-604-8567, DSN 664-8567.
b. If you have any questions, please call the Defense Hotline at 1-800-424-9098 or 1-877-363-3348 (SWA only)."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
