The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is an interim response to your March 17, 2015, Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA) request for "DODIG-2015-088, " Navy Controls Over the
Requirements Development Process for Militart Construction Projects in the
Kingdom of Bahrain Need Improvement"." We received your request on March
18, 2015, and assigned it case number FOIA-2015-00456. We currently have an
administrative workload of 760 open cases.
We are unable to respond to your request within the FOIA's 20 day statutory
time period due to the need to consult with other Department of Defense
components and/or federal agencies having a substantial interest in either
the determination or the subject matter of the records.
