This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of report DODIG-2017-011, "Independent Auditor's Report on the Defense Health Agency Contract Resource Management FY 2016 and FY 2015 Basic Financial Statements (Project No. D2016-D000FT-0117.000)" as well as all accompanying financial statements.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
