Mr. Musgrave,

I have almost completed coordination with all POCs necessary for this report.
I'm hoping to hear a response from one last POC over the next couple of weeks.
As soon as that comes, I will be able to complete my response to your request.

Mr. Musgrave,

Unfortunately this Audit report required consultation with outside agencies and I'm still waiting on a final response from one of the agencies that had to review the report prior to release. I followed up with the agency this week, to see what is taking so long, and hope to have a final response next week. As soon as I have their input, I will turn it around within a day or two.

Sincerely,

Mr. Musgrave,

I'm sorry for the continued delay on this report. I've encountered some unique
challenges in trying to release this report that I'm working through now. As
of last week, I'm working with new personnel who are committed to helping me
respond to your request.

Mr. Musgrave,

I contacted the agency that is holding this up last week for a follow up.
Because this report closes a lot of requests for this office, it is one of my
priorities to continue to push this along.

However, since it is out of my hands, I can't give you an exact completion
date at this time. All I can tell you is it is at the last agency that must
provide input and I will turn it around quickly once I receive a proper review
from them.

Sorry for the continued delay,
