This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of report DODIG-2015-037, "Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle Quality Assurance and Reliability Assessment-Part B" (Project No. D2013-DT0TAD-0005.000)
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This is an interim response to your November 14, 2014, Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) request seeking DoD OIG report DODIG-2015-037,
"Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle Quality Assurance and Reliability
Assessment-Part B." We received your request on November 14, 2014, and
assigned it case number FOIA-2015-00127. We currently have an
administrative workload of 610 open cases.
We are unable to respond to your request within the FOIA's 20 day statutory
time period due to the need to consult with other Department of Defense
components and/or federal agencies having a substantial interest in either
the determination or the subject matter of the records.

The AMRDEC SAFE application is used to send large files to individuals, which would normally be too large to send via email. SAFE supports file sizes up to 2GB.
Receiving Files:
Recipients will automatically be notified via email when they have been added as a recipient to a package. The email they receive will contain a link and a password. Clicking on the link will take the recipient to a page where they will be asked for the password. The best way to enter the password is to copy it from the email and then paste it into the password box.
After logging in, the recipient will be able to download all the files within the package. We recommend right-clicking on each file and selecting the "Save Target As" option to select the location to save the file to.
After downloading every file within the package, the recipient will not be able to log back in to download the files again. Simply logging in or starting a download will not lock the user out. In order to be locked out, the recipient must successfully download every file within the package.
