A copy of report DODIG-2016-050, "Chemical and Biological Training for Army and Marine Corps Units in the Republic of Korea Needs Improvement" (Project No. D2014-D000RF-0204.000)
As I am requesting this report in my capacity as a journalist who covers the Defense Department, DoD IG and the federal government, I assert that I am appropriately categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fess. As the report concerns a matter of public interest and the requested documents will be made available to the general public online for free, I further request that all fees be waived in the public interest.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
