This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Given that this FOIA is submitted in my capacity as a journalist, I request that I be categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fees. Here is a selection of my published articles on MuckRock:

After reviewing your email chain it appears to be some confusion with reference numbers and the report that has been requested. Your request for DODIG-2015-134 is a DoD IG report and not a tracking number. The correct tracking number for this request is FOIA-2015-00782. Please use this tracking number when requesting updates on your request.
Your request is for a classified report and the classified information within this report must be reviewed by the original classification authority. This process can be lengthy so we appreciate your patience. We anticipate releasing this report by June 7, 2017.
