To Whom It May Concern:

I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on July 9, 2015. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed. You had assigned it reference number #FOIA-2015-00101.

Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

From: Kasper, Joseph D., OIG DoD

Mr. Musgrave,

After reviewing your email chain it appears to be some confusion with reference numbers and the report that has been requested. Your request for DODIG-2015-134 is a DoD IG report and not a tracking number. The correct tracking number for this request is FOIA-2015-00782. Please use this tracking number when requesting updates on your request.

Your request is for a classified report and the classified information within this report must be reviewed by the original classification authority. This process can be lengthy so we appreciate your patience. We anticipate releasing this report by June 7, 2017.

Thank you.
