A copy of report DODIG-2016-080, "Army's Management of Gray Eagle Spare Parts Needs Improvement"
As this request is submitted in my capacity as a reporter who covers defense and national security, I assert that I am most appropriately categorized as a media requester for the purpose of fees. Furthermore, I request a waiver of fees since I consider this information to be of public interest.
