This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents that detail any agreements regarding payment of credit card interchange fees between the USPS and Stamps.com, The USPS and Endicia, and the USPS and Pitney Bowes. For your reference, the GAO released a report on credit card interchange fees in 2010. I have provided a link to the report below. The date range for this request is January 1, 2010 to the date of this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. The requester is a full-time professional journalist filing in his capacity as a correspondent for a public, subscription-based periodical accredited by the U.S. Congress.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment or direct download link.
