Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all of the following: (1) internal memoranda relating to the creation and operation of a VDP in response to BOD 20-1(linked below); (2) communication with third party contractors related to the goal of building a vulnerability disclosure program in response to BOD 20-1 (linked below); or (3) metadata of email communications between members of your agency and the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and the General Services Administration regarding the goal of building a vulnerability disclosure program in response to the Binding Operational Directive 20-01 (linked below). I am requesting documents dated between September 1, 2020, and March 1, 2021.
