Copies of the following exhibits withheld and referred to MEDCOM in response to the FOIA request by the Tacoma News Tribune for documents related to the SSG Robert Bales investigation (see http://media.thenewstribune.com/smedia/2015/03/19/10/23/MtlVZ.So.5.pdf), to include: exhibit 2 (page 000046), exhibits 60-64 (pages 000328-000394), exhibit 71 (pages 000413-000414), exhibit 139 (pages 000782-000795), exhibits 178-179 (pages 001123-001124), exhibit 239 (pages 001688-002150), exhibits 269-271 (pages 002557-002576), and exhibit 347 (pages 002840-002854).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
