Furthermore, any documents relating to VTB or mentioning Andrey Kostin, Dmitry Aleksandrovich Zabello, or other employee or representatives of VTB Bank.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for speaking with me today about your DOE FOIA request HQ-2018-00824-F concerning VTD Bank. Per our phone conversation, you agree to amend your request to correspondence from a search of the Office of the Executive Secretariat Electronic Document Online Correspondence and Concurrence System (eDOCS) system. The eDOCS system is a database that tracks all formal correspondence to and from the Offices of the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Under Secretaries of Energy. As discussed, we will search for correspondence to or from VTB Bank and also search for the two employees you listed in the request, Andrey Kostin and Dimitry Aleksandrovich Zabello.
