The log of FOIA requests received for FY2012, FY2013 and FY2014 through the date this request is processed.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have received your June 10, 2014 Freedom of Information Act request send to DLA Disposition Services at Headquarters on June 10, 2014 and assigned it DLA FOIA Case Tracking # HQ DLA-14-HFOI-00096. We process all requests on a "First-In, First-Out" queue basis. The Department of Defense has established three queues for FOIA requests: Expedited, Simple, and Complex. Your request has been assigned to the Simple queue. For requests within the Simple queue we strive to provide a final response within 20 business days.
