I am appealing the integrity of the b7A denial in its entirety, as the Bureau failed to review the materials for segregable portions which can be released. The "file level" exemption has been repeatedly rejected by case law. Further, the claim that none of the material can be released without interfering with proceedings is absurd on the face of it.
