To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A summary of forensic inventory of Hillary Clinton's State Department email server and flash drives collected by the agency earlier in 2015 in regards to a personal server used to conduct business of the State Department. This summary of forensic review is to include the number of storage devices and drives; and for each drive or device the total storage capacity, the used capacity, the count of files on the file system, and the count of files recovered through forensic analysis - even partial files. Thank you!

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM, DVD-R, or BD-R if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Martin Peck
