This is an appeal of constructive denial for the below request, CBP-2014-044308, which was originally submitted to DHS in July 2013 and then transferred to CBP in September 2013 (see attached and below message from Angela Washington of DHS FOIA on Oct. 21, 2013). The CBP FOIA staff has since assigned several tracking numbers and provided little substantive update on the status of the request.

I request that you remand this FOIA to CBP for good faith search and provision of responsive documents, which have been outlined by title.
