Good afternoon,

This is a follow-up to my voicemail message of January 3, 2011. We are in receipt of your two FOIA requests and were wondering if you would consider the following:

1. Combining your two requests; and
2. Amending the request for a copy of DHS Privacy Office’s Final significant FOIA activity reports from 10/1/2010 to the present.

Reports submitted to the Privacy Office by DHS components are in draft form, requesting the final report would provide more disclosure.

Your response to this email will be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (703) 235-0759.

Please process my requests as initially written. I am interested in what each individual unit considered significant, and would only accept a consolidated report if it includes every submitted report of significant FOIA activity.
