Mr. Morisy,
I am in receipt of your FOIA request for "A copy of any initial FOIA
requests, processing documents regarding that request, and the resulting
responsive documents to any requests received from US Senator Ron Wyden
or his office relating to Operation In Our Sites, domain seizures, or
dajaz1.com."
I have read the article you mentioned, and did not read in the article
any reference to the department having received any request. The
article states " I expect the administration will be receiving a series
of FOIA requests from our office......" Based on the search of our
Executive Correspondence Tracking system, I did not see any requests
from Senator Ron Wyden or his staff.
Please correct me if I miss interpreted your request.
Thanks in advance.
