To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
On June 28, 2018, Department of Homeland Security agents stormed the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building on Macadam Avenue and cleared protesters blocking the entrance to the building.
I request records sufficient to show the type, amount, and purpose of chemical agent possessed/used by DHS officers at this event. The agent was contained in a backpack sprayer made by Solo. (Photograph here: https://twitter.com/portlandresists/status/1012320996655706112)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
