Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all video footage recorded at Robb Elementary School on May 24, 2022. I am requesting all footage recorded by DHS or CBP dash cameras, body cameras, surveillance cameras, cell phone cameras, or other cameras owned or accessed by DHS or CBP, as well as any audio recorded by DHS or CBP during and after the incident, as well as any photos taken at the scene.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and technology site. In the past few days we have run multiple articles about the Uvalde Shooting and police response to it. I am requesting these on a rolling basis as they can be reviewed for public release.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
