DHS all-staff emails

Pursuant to the FOIA, I hereby request the following records:

All all-staff emails to Department of Homeland Security personnel in FY 2019.

I am a full-time reporter at the newspaper CQ Roll Call, based in Washington, D.C. My work has also appeared in The Atlantic, NPR, the BBC, Texas Tribune, Mother Jones, among other publications.

Please provide these records to me on a rolling basis as your office processes them, rather than waiting until all records are processed.

If you cannot provide them as an email attachment, please mail a CD-ROM (preferable) or a hard copy to:
