Attached, please find a letter acknowledging the Department of Housing and Urban Development's receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, 18-FI-HQ-01152. After reaching out to the program office that handles travel and reimbursement records, I have bene informed that we will need to know the names of the employees whose records you are seeking. We are unable to run a search agency-wide for spending at particular hotels or other venues, as these expenses are handled by an individual program office's budget personnel. Without knowing which employee or employees you are inquiring about, we will be unable to know which budget employees to reach out to for records.
At your convenience, please provide a list of employee names, as well as a date range in which you are seeking records.
