Dear Kim Kochurka,

I am truly at a loss as to why there has been no response to my FOIA request, DOJ-2017-001084. Can you elaborate as to the reason for the delay?

From: Muira McCammon

Good afternoon, Ms. Kochurka,

I am appealing the Department of Justice's decision to place my request in the "complex track" and classify my request as falling under any degree of "unusual circumstances." I have successfully filed variants of this request with a variety of federal agencies and received prompt responses and responsive documents under the normal time frame of 20 days. One such agency was the Office of Government Ethics' FOIA office. You have not properly explained or justified the reason for the classification of my request and furthermore, your refusal to respond to my multiple follow ups is cause for concern.

I would appreciate a prompt response to this email.

Thank you,
