To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like to formally request any documentation contained in email, electronic recording, or handwritten notes pertaining to Trump officials rescinding previous Obama era guidance on treatment of transgender individuals under title ix.

Please respond with any materials dated between January 1 2017 through December 31 2018.

If it exists in records, I would also like to explicitly request a complete copy of a document titled "Joint.Guidance (2.20 edits).docx" which may have been sent on behalf of the White House.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Ms. Crose,

I'm writing in regards to the above mentioned FOIA request you submitted to DOJ OIG requesting documents in which Trump officials rescinded Obama guidance. I have conducted a search for records and noticed that a huge portion of the documents are public source documents such as news articles. Do you wish for news articles to be processed or can we agree to eliminate public source documents?
