This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the internal review created by the Department of Defense mentioned in a Joint Motion to Reset Briefing Schedule for Motion to Compel, in the case of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. GABRIEL PETERSON-SILER, Case 2:15-cr-00118-RAJ, Document 32, which was filed on 12/17/15.

In that document, it says that the report should be complete by December 18, 2015.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
