Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The current passenger train emergency preparedness plan submitted to and approved by FRA in accordance with 49 CFR 239 for the commuter rail system operated in/around Denver, Colorado for the Regional Transportation District by Denver Transit Partners/Denver Transit Operators.

The requested documents will be made immediately and freely available to the general public on muckrock.com, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I am willing to pay all applicable fees, however please contact me in advance before proceeding if the fees will exceed $25. I would prefer the request filled electronically, preferably by e-mail attachment if available, or otherwise by upload at the below link, or lastly by CD-ROM/DVD disc.
